Climate Smart Urbanization in Mongolia
The project consists of a climate resilience analysis for the 3 main cities of Mongolia: Ulaanbaatar, Erdenet and Darkhan. The final product incorporates three components: 1) Proposed three urban growth scenarios for the three cities; 2) Conceptual proposal for the reconfiguration of an industrial site in Ulaanbaatar and its transformation into a resilient district; and 3) Guidelines and recommendations for resilient urban development at the national level.
